We collect the content you submit (drink configurations, messages, sender names) when you create a drink. When you make a purchase, Creem processes your payment and may share your email address with us to fulfill your order.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use drink data solely to generate and serve your shareable drink links. Purchase emails are used only for order confirmation and support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Drink data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Payment processing is handled by Creem; we do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate usage statistics (page views, country, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Creem (creem.io) for payment processing and Neon (neon.tech) for database hosting. These services have their own privacy policies which govern the data they collect.
6. Data Retention
Drink data is retained indefinitely to keep shareable links working. You may request deletion of your drink data by emailing us at akang@fantasybyte.cn.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Please contact us at akang@fantasybyte.cn to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the site.
