By accessing or using sipfor.us ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
sipfor.us allows users to create virtual cocktails, attach personal messages, and share links with others. An optional Premium Effects feature lets users add visual animations to their shared drink for a one-time fee.
3. Payments
Premium Effects are sold on a per-drink, one-time basis at $1 USD. All payments are processed securely by Creem. Once a purchase is made and the effect is applied to a drink link, refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the messages and content you create using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to send harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual assets, code, and design of sipfor.us are owned by sipfor and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sipfor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
